Who we are

movers.marketing provides marketing services to moving companies, including website design, Google Business Profile optimization, and integration of third-party tools such as the MovingCalculator.io estimate calculator.

Services and billing

Service scope and pricing are listed on this site or agreed with you directly. Monthly services bill in advance and continue until canceled. There are no long-term contracts: you can cancel any monthly service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees cover work already performed and are not refundable once that work has begun.

Discounted quarterly and annual plans are prepaid for their full term and are not refundable; the discount is the trade for the commitment. At the end of a prepaid term you can renew, switch to monthly, or walk away.

Seasonal business? Subscription billing can be paused for up to three months per calendar year. During a pause your website stays online, while edits, automations, and reporting sleep until you resume.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business information, photos, and other content you provide for your website and profiles. You confirm you have the rights to anything you give us to publish.

Your site, your domain

Your domain name is yours, whether you brought it or we registered it for you, and we will transfer it to you on request at no charge. If you cancel, we will provide on request a static export of your website that you can host anywhere. Subscription features (hosting, the estimate calculator, lead alerts and follow-up, the review funnel, same-day edits, and reporting) end with the subscription. Content you provided or that we migrated from your previous site remains yours.

No guarantees

Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond any provider's control. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volumes, or revenue, and you should walk away from anyone who does.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
